“Flags for Future” is a project that paves the way for creating awareness to form new connections within ourselves. Taking inspiration from the unifying power of art, we take the flag as a medium for future hopes and thoughts to be set free to float in the skies.
“Flags for Future” artist flags are produced in limited edition and made from upcycled plastic waste from the oceans and seashores.
Launched initially in 2016 by the artist Jean-Charles de Castelbajac the Godfather of the project with the exhibition 'Winds of Changes’ at Eden Rock - St Barth the project “Flags for Future” has since grown into an international project with over 30 artists participating for a collective message of hope to raise awareness of plastic pollution in the marine environment.
